At just 27 years old, Pearl Kapur, the founder of the unicorn startup Zyber 365, has emerged as India’s youngest billionaire. Kapur retains a 90 percent stake in his unicorn startup.
Zyber 365, a startup based on Web3 and AI technologies, has swiftly gained prominence. Headquartered in London, it operates from its base in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With a valuation of $1.2 billion, Zyber 365 is acclaimed as the fastest-growing unicorn in both India and Asia.
Pearl Kapur, with a remarkable net worth of $1.1 billion, owes much of his wealth to his 90 percent ownership of Zyber 365. His path to success started from humble origins, encompassing roles such as Financial Advisor at AMPM Store and Business Advisor at Antier Solutions. Before establishing Zyber 365, Kapur also founded Billion Pay Technologies Pvt Ltd in February 2022.
With an MSC in Investment Banking (CFA Pathway) from Queen Mary University of London, Kapur gained the essential skills to navigate the intricacies of the business landscape. In July 2023, the startup successfully secured a $100 million Series A funding round, with 8.3 percent of the investment sourced from the SRAM & MRAM Group, an agrarian company that recognized the potential of Zyber 365.
Pearl Kapur looks forward to a future where the fusion of exponential technologies such as blockchain, AI, and cybersecurity, combined with sustainable practices, will empower individuals worldwide. He envisions this convergence as paving the way for what he refers to as Globalization 3.0.
