NBCC’s Shares Rose by 3% After New Work Orders Valued at Rs 369 Crore

Last week, the company secured a project valued at Rs 262 crore for the redevelopment of the Ministry of External Affairs Housing complex in the national capital. Following this announcement, NBCC’s share price surged by 3 percent during early trading on Tuesday. At 09:25 hrs, NBCC (India) was trading at Rs 145.80, reflecting an increase of Rs 4.50, or 3.18 percent, on the BSE.

Additionally, Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi, has granted a work order worth Rs 331.9 crore for development projects at various locations including Jhansi, Datia, and Morena / Khajurao. Furthermore, the High Court for the State of Telangana has awarded a work order worth Rs 12.17 crore for the construction of a single court complex and residential quarters in Boath, Adilabad District, Telangana.

The third order pertains to a renovation and furnishing project at ICAI Bhawan, C1 Sector-1, Noida, valued at Rs 24.98 crore, commissioned by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Last week, the company secured a project worth Rs 262 crore for the redevelopment of the Ministry of External Affairs Housing complex in the national capital.

In the December quarter, the company witnessed a significant surge in its net profit, registering a 93 percent increase to Rs 93.67 crore.

The share reached its 52-week high of Rs 176.50 and its 52-week low of Rs 30.96 on February 5, 2024, and March 28, 2023, respectively.

Currently, the stock is trading 17.39 percent below its 52-week high and 370.93 percent above its 52-week low.

Over the past year, the share price has surged by more than 300 percent.
